Update: The owner reached out to me personally to find out which book I was still missing from my June order and was apologetic about it slipping through the cracks and likely getting lost in transit. She made things right by sending the final book, which arrived this weekend. That in itself was deserving of an upgrade to 4 stars....BUT

She also went way above and beyond when she found out that I'm an ICU nurse and offered to send some books for my co-workers to enjoy as a thank you for their service. She wound up sending an entire box of assorted books for me to share with my colleagues, which was completely unexpected and I'm sure that they will appreciate such a thoughtful gift.

That extra bit of human touch and caring about the mental health of my work family and wanting to give them something to occupy their minds was just so heartwarming and deserving more stars than ratings allow. Thank you sincerely for your kindness to our ICU during these...

I love this beautiful & colorful Site! It can keep one entertained & involved with it for hours! I can see the huge amount of time that has been put in to giving a review of each book, as well as, suggested reading tips. I also love that there are suggested reading by age & child-skills also. With the huge amount of books being written today, I am relieved to find many of my favorites on Ashay’s reading list!

This company has great customer service. Although my books took while to be in stock and get shipped at the outset, when they were shipped, the package was “damaged” by the USPS. Ashay By The Bay made an inquiry with the post office (which I found out from my local post master) when the package was taking too long to be delivered. Then when I was notified by the post office that my package would not arrive, the company responded to my email same day, and is re-shipping my books, even though the USPS was at fault.
