Today I had the pleasure of visiting Tractor Supply in Valley Center, and I must say, the level of customer service provided by Jessica , Rodo ,Brandon ,Vanessa were exceptional. their friendly and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Jessica, with her extensive knowledge and expertise, was able to guide me through the store and help me find exactly what I needed. She patiently answered all of my questions, providing valuable insights and recommendations along the way. Her enthusiasm for her work was evident, as she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Koda, another staff member at Tractor Supply, was equally impressive. He greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered his assistance. koda’s attention to detail was remarkable; he took the time to understand my requirements and provided me with several options to choose from. Moreover, he demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me make the best decision for my needs.

What impressed me the most about Jessica ,Koda ,Brandon was their willingness to go the extra mile. They didn't simply point me in the right direction; they took the time to listen to my concerns and offered personalized solutions. Their exceptional product knowledge and dedication to providing outstanding customer service truly set them apart.

Love this Tractor Supply! In my experience, every Tractor Supply I've been to has such nice employees who are animal friendly and happy to help with whatever you need or answer any questions you have, and this Tractor Supply is no exception. I recently learned that Tractor Supply has a DIY Dog Wash at each location for only $10. I don't know what the dog wash setups are like at other locations, but this one was so nice. With stainless steel standing tubs with doors so my dog could just hop in on her own with no issue, several dog soaps to choose from, the employees gave me towels when I paid for the wash, and there's a table for your dog to stand on while you dry them and a blow dryer. It was so much easier to wash my dog here than it ever has been to do it at home and cheaper than any other DIY dog wash I have ever come across. The only thing that could've made their dog wash better was if they had the tethers that kinda look like little leashes to prevent a dog from jumping off the table or out of the tub, but I understand why they don't have those either as it would be easy for someone to just put one in their pocket and walk off with it. Worst customer service ever!! I used to love coming here used to spend $200-300 dollars every visit. On 2 different visits all items I wanted to purchase had wrong pricing and they didn’t want to sale to me for What it was marked for, just because they put the wrong price which it isn’t my fault, this happens 2 times!!!! Last visit I made I asked for help to which I believe was the manager Kristein and she was very busy talking to an associate that she told me with an attitude to wait!!! And, she continued to talk to an associate. I went to check out and told the cashier what i needed and she contact kristein and told her to send me back to customer service and Wait!!! That was very unprofessional besides I was ready to check out. And, she still wanted me to wait until she decided to help me. This is very sick!! I worked for retail more than 10years and this is not the way to talk to customer, always Stop doing what your doing and help them!!
