Valley Springs Body Shop — Local services in Valley Springs Township

So what n I crashed my car I had looked all over for a body shop that could get it done in less than 30 days and one that had good reviews. Everything was GREAT until I went to pick my car up. There were small parts missing completely, some parts were still heavily damaged, used parts installed instead of new and the body lines are off. Don never even had the alignment done THAT INSURANCE PAID HIM TO DO. Insurance was FURIOUS and had me return the car to have the work completed. Mind you when the car was originally “done” we were well past 30 days. Once I finally go back to get the car it still had damaged parts on it. I had to go get it re- Aligned after this last time and I still have to replace a wheel that the body shop was paid to replace. Complete and total nightmare I wish I would have went with a different body shop. Photos added were taken upon arrival the first time I was told it was done…. UPDATE: I’m STILL finding parts don didn’t want to replace. There’s is avoiding tons of noise from body panel rubbing when I hit a bump.. QUALITY REPAIR!!!!!🙄🙄 I sincerely hope he goes out of business before jobs like this catch...

My 4 yo son managed to pull our van door off the track; it was barely hanging on. I figured it would be a long and costly fix... at the recommendation of others, I took it out to Don. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and told me not to worry about paying! What a great guy... I will absolutely do business again, and send others...
