The Best antique/flea market in Nebraska, possibly the best in the Midwest. Over 150 vendors with antiques, primitives, mid-century items. Vendors included hand made furniture and decor, jewelry, soaps, and a few craft type items. Vendors were from all over the U.S. as far away as Texas, New York, California. There were many food vendors, and activities for kids. Port-a-potties were all spread out in groups of 5 or six which was nice because you didn't have to trek a long way to find a bathroom. Most all vendors were evenly spread out, conveniently located with exception of the gift barn, and about 40 dealers who were all West of the beaten path. So much to see I could easily have spent all three days out there. Oh, and can't forget the live music throughout the day. Geting to and from the location was quick and easy, and parking was well organized. However tall signs indicating where you are parked would have been helpful. Like what they do at Disney or Worlds of Fun, Lot A, Lot B, Lot A...
Read moreOk I tried to go to this stablishment because the photos and the reviews look great, but I could not reach the place. Google took me to the entrance of a farm like fenced property, however the doors were half open (no car could fit) and there were ZERO signs about this place. Not even a brochure a the door. And by no means would I traspass the gates just to see if the place is further inside. You guys need proper signs, or a billboard. But what really pushed me to leave this review is the way phone calls are managed. It is basically a long answering machine thats asks you to leave a message and "We will call you back as soon as possible" which is very ambiguous since I'm in the middle of nowhere, theres nowhere to park and I needed someone to tell me if the address is right or if there is a back entrance. Any information at all ! I cannot possibly wait for a call back. And yes I checked the hours of operation and it was supposed to be open that day...
Read moreThe newer location is good, and each year they improve on parking. Lots of food vendors, and porta potty situation has improved over the years. The reasons for 3 stars instead of 5: has become very commercialized, way less "junk" and way more finished (And often VERY expensive) pieces. I would like it to be more like it was in the beginning with lots of unusual junk that I could buy and repurpose, mixed in with finished things. Additionally, the entrance fee has gone up considerably, and I'm not sure why that would be. Kids under 12 used to be free and admission was $5 for adults. It appears now that kids and adults alike are $10. An inexpensive family day now has gotten rather pricey, and the ability to find bargains inside has also gone down, as the vendors tend to be mostly selling finished items now, and not...
