Husband bought our first zero turn here. He went in...told them about our property and recommended the one to buy. 2 1/2 yrs later..had to take it in multiple times while they "guess" at what's wrong with it. Spent several hundred dollars and still broke n and being told the one we have isn't made to mow 4-acres. Our usage hasn't changed from what they were told when they advised him to purchase this one. They are severely lacking in customer service skills as well. The way he has been treated during this frustrating time is cause for alarm for any customer. You can tell by the responses to negative reviews how combative she is with customers that have issues...she was that way with him as well . Was more concerned with trying to justify their actions and made excuses as to why it wasn't repaired. So now we have spent close to $1k in the last few months, still have a dead mower and will need to purchase a new larger zero turn. Such a waste of time and money. Do not recommend them for...

I was dissatisfied with the customer service and overall operations of the company. After three weeks of having my Pressure Washer, I was contacted with the final invoice amount. We had agreed on a total final price; however, 20 to 30 minutes later, I received another call stating there was an additional $130 charge due to an error in calculating the mechanics' total hours worked. In my view, this lack of professionalism falls on the business, as they should ensure all prices are accurately calculated before presenting a total to the customer. I believe the company should take responsibility for this cost as part of conducting business ethically. It's questionable business practice. I paid the invoice to keep from any more confrontations with the woman at the counter. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I cannot endorse...

We were searching for a riding mower for a while, did a lot of research about the different types we headed out to go shopping we went to several different places before a friend recommended 160 lawn and timber since they had bought there already. We went there Sara helped us, she was super nice very helpful and with zero pressure to buy, took the time to show us how they worked even offered us to take it for a test drive.
