The staff here is extremely attentive and genuinely welcoming — that’s one of the store’s strongest assets, and it goes a long way. I’m being brutally honest in this review because I want to see this little store thrive and reach its full potential.
That said, the first thing that hits you when you walk in is an unpleasant, musty odor — almost like stale moisture, possibly from a leaking cooler or water damage trapped under the carpet. I’d highly recommend removing the carpeting and replacing it with commercial-grade tile or even an epoxy floor, both for hygiene and appearance.
Visually, both the interior and especially the exterior come off as cluttered and disorganized. To be real — the outside reminds me of the house from Sanford and Son. It’s doing a little too much with the mix of balloons, hand-written signs, random Christmas lights, and flashing LEDs. Less is more. Clean, professional signage and better lighting would go a long way toward making the storefront more inviting and polished.
Consider replacing the handwritten signs with printed, uniform signage for a cleaner and more professional look. The parking lot could really benefit from being repaved, and the siding either needs a deep professional cleaning or a full update/remodel.

Read moreIt was my first time going in there today, and as soon as a I walked in, both of the cashiers greeted me. Big smiles and a wave. I immediately felt very welcomed and safe. Great snack options and when I went to cash out, they told me anything special I want, they can get as they’re building their selection. They made it apparent that they can accommodate to my needs and requests. I am excited to see their alcohol selection once it comes in. Such a great addition to Savage rd. Right before town and by some neighborhoods so it is easily bike/walk-able (great for kids in the summer). I am so glad that building isn’t empty anymore. It’s the talk of the...
