Vance Town Hall — Local services in Vance

I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness and professionalism hat was displayed by Officer Holland, on Saturday, September 15, 2018 when he answered a call from me requesting the help of the local police department. I was facing an u known situation that could have been potentially unsafe. Officer Holland offered me a patient ear and went out of his way to make sure that I felt safe before I left. His kindness and compassion were obvious throughout our conversation, and he went out of his way to find a solution to the situation I was facing. Later on that afternoon, he personally contacted me to make sure I was safe. Although this should be common among the men and women that serve in the local police departments, unfortunately, many of our public service workers are over worked and may sometimes come across as rude and uncaring. This was not my experience at all with the Vance PD, especially Officer Holland. I truly appreciate his service...and for treating me with the respect and kindness he displayed. So we get to town hall at 11:20 a.m. we have used this place before and all of a sudden today when the lady finally brings her Little ponytail self to the desk proceeds to tell us they stop doing titles at 11:30 because they go to lunch at 12:00 even though there are no signs posted to this even though they still had 30 minutes to do this this is the treatment that we received so maybe giving your clerk some excess training would be a big help I'm very disappointed in the way we were done today now I have to be late for work because I have to go back up there at 1:00 for...

The hours are useless at this place. It says close at 5pm but they actually close at 4:25pm and will not issue a title if you come in at 1100am or 4:00pm, because they go to lunch at 12 and close early at 4:25 daily.
