I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, they know their stuff and are really helpful and fast,

After a disaster at a different shop building my PC that resulted in two weeks of wasted time, an attempt to charge full price for incomplete work and a broken motherboard, the guys at northwest computers were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, really fast, fair and best of all really very helpful, I had them finish the build that was already messed up by the other shop.

They were able to do the work in a day!! I dropped my parts of at 5pm (they close at 5:30) Evan built my computer and had it ready for me before closing the very next day (Other place took a week plus to tell me they couldn't do it) the guys at NW knew the case I had and all the things I would need for my parts to work on that case, they got it all done and done right! You might pay a little more up front than other shops but you are paying for expertise and professionalism, and it well likely save you money in the long run,

Best local computer store I've found in ages. I thank my son for the introduction! I used the great lifetime guarantee on the USB charging cables and on the USB (w/multiple ports!)car chargers as well, and both replaced with no hassle. Knowledgeable staff. My biggest complaint is how difficult it is to stop shopping and leave. The building is viewable by the road, though the open sign isn't and it generally looks closed. Do yourself a favor though and pull on in and check the door. (Sometimes it looks closed up close to me too so manually, not visually check the door) You'll be glad you did. That issue though does not affect my 5 star rating. Maybe they just need to be given the heads up to appear a bit...

I am the sort of person to just buy a new laptop if the one I have breaks but someone told me to just go to a repair place and get the screen fixed and I'm really glad I did. Evan really went above and beyond and sent me a link to a screen that would fit my laptop (I needed to get one to have NWCA install for me) . When it arrived I brought it to the shop and was given a ~3 day timeframe on repair which seemed reasonable. Three hours later I got a call from Evan that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. I will absolutely come here for anything I need in the future and strongly recommend anyone reading this review should as well. The repair cost was also reasonable - $50 less than the "big box" repair...
