I would give a less star review if google would let me. This place has been more of a headache from the beginning. When I first contacted them about my wedding they told me basically there were no rules and no restrictions, only to book and then to slowly find out more and more things were not allowed. The communication has been like zero, calls forget it, texts won’t get read at all and my questions have sat on messenger for weeks without answers. Finally a month ago I made the decision to cancel my wedding there and let them know and still have not heard anything from them. However, glad I made that choice after hearing they screwed over a friend, a friend I recommended to them who I feel terrible about now, seeing what they have done. There is no way you don’t know you double booked especially seeing both brides were scheduled to pick up keys the same day and you didn’t even bother to contact them. You let her find out 3 days before her wedding she had no venue. You don’t deserve to be a wedding venue and you can block all of us on Facebook but you can’t...

Do not rent from this place!!! First, my cousins stepsisters friend booked and paid for this venue and they argued she had not paid therefore she had no booking. Luckily she had and provided the receipt. Then a friend booked and because they double booked, she had to reschedule her wedding to accommodate their error! And recently…my cousin booked for her big day and when my aunt went to get the key 3 DAYS before the wedding, there were people there decorating for a wedding already…for the same day and time my cousin had already paid for!! 3 days before with family flying in from Texas for the big day! No apology. No offer to ratify. No offer to help a distraught bride! In fact, I left a Facebook review and their remedy was to block me in order to keep their rating up! What a horrible way to ruin your business! If you rent from these people call every week to confirm you haven’t been replaced, invite guests who are flexible and may the odds be ever...

No words can describe the pain these people have caused to a first time bride! Getting the keys to the venue 3 days before your wedding and walking in and seeing another family setting up and decorating! Needless to say they double booked 2 weddings on same day and same time!
