Bought an ounce, which was riddled with bud rot/mold/whatever. Called, and all they offered was 30% off and a pre-roll, whilst being given an attitude about something that was not in my control, and was pretty par for the course. Had to press about getting a refund for the ounce that we couldn't smoke, and they finally offered to give us a different ounce if we brought it back. Got there, was offered a choice between two different strains. The difference? The rotten strain was around 25% thc, we were given something with a lower quality (lots of stems, some seeds) with a lower thc count. Will not be going back, absolutely do not recommend,this was not at all handled right. I understand that we all need to make a living, but 30% and a pre-roll? Really? That's insulting.

I felt prompted to leave this review after the way I was treated. I walk in there and they were kind at first. I got inside and the employee that took me was nice and was helping me ring up my 14 cartridge order until the desk employee came inside and announced that I'm not allowed to shop on medical because I was under 21 even though I have my medical marijuan license in the state of Michigan. I proceed to walk out because they did not have what I was looking for on rec. I ask why if I have my medical card and he says to me "because your a joke" It's an understatement to say that I was disgusted with their service because of the mr.office employee mouthing off to me as I was walking out. IF YOUR under 21 and have medical card don't even bother going here they won't serve you which is against state compliance. I so have a love, hate relationship with this location.. most of the bud tenders are awesome. I have twice now asked for certain flavors of jeeters to get something completely different. Both time didn't notice till it was lit. Stopped getting jeeters switched to a different brand but same thing happened. So now I was so excited about the delivery but every time I have tried using it I have only been successful twice out of at the very least 50 tries. Disappointment is an understatement. I'm very sad that the only dispensary in my town sucks. The workers are awesome. It doesn't help that it's never restocked, started a service that's never available it sure would be nice to get that 30% off tho.
