I recently had an excellent experience with J&D Appliance Repair for a dryer issue, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Jeremy, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a genuine professional who goes above and beyond for his customers.

I consider myself pretty handy, but appliances are one of the few things I don’t look forward to diagnosing and repairing. Jeremy has come out to the house a few times to fix an LG front load washer and a GE Monogram fridge ($10k fridge!). He fixed a few things (pump and a valve) on the washer and gave me tips to making it run better. He tried fixing the fridge the most cost efficient way but we ended up replacing the compressor anyways, which is still way cheaper than replacing the fridge. I originally called maytag on monday because some parts were under warranty. However they wanted 400 just for the visit not including parts. And could not come out till friday. Called J and D and explained what was going on, man knew it was the pump right away ( not covered on warranty) was on his way to parts store said it was in stock came out the same day and fixed it for less than what it would of cost me just to have someone look at it and tell me what's wrong.
