Smoker Friendly — Local services in Vernon Township

i was a customer for about a year until a few days ago i walked in with me and 2 friends all of us were over 18 and we wanted to pick up a few cigars and brows their lobby inventory. We walked in happy and loved their Tobacco options,then we entered this room full of cigars so we started browsing prices and quality at this point we were happy then an employee walks into the room gives us attitude telling us to get out and that they only want one of us at a time in the room at first i thought she was rude but ill move past this i enjoy the store and the products so why judge the employee right then when we walked out of the cigar room she acted like we were going to steel something like we were some criminals. she started harassing us and talking about us with other employees then when i decided i had enough verbal abuse i started to leave then when walking past the register i heard another employee talking to a customer about how she was sure that we were steeling product. iv never stolen from a store in my life. the employee that miss treated us was a rather large women with brown hair and wears glasses.I will never be returning to smokers friendly again i feel miss treated and was verbally abused. Im asking my local community to never shop...

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a bottle of vape juice from there and it was outdated, and if anyone who vapes knows that once the nicotine goes bad it does not taste good and it can ruin your atomizer. So I took it back and ask for an exchange I didn't even care to get my money back just wanted something that I could vape on. They said they couldn't exchange it. I've been a customer for many years. Never ever once had an issue until yesterday. I've always purchased the disposable d8 vapes. Sometimes I would get a bad one that wouldn't work. They would always exchange it for a good one. Every time. Up until yesterday. They are knowingly selling bad vape pens and not exchanging them for good ones. They've lost my business for sure. I'm sure they're tobacco products are good but if you enjoy vaping I do not recommend....
