ATF Verona is my favorite gym by far. The staff are so welcoming and my personal trainer is extremely knowledgeable. I love being able to feel comfortable in the gym! There is a great selection of machines, weights, and workout spaces here. ATF also offers group training, which is nice for those who prefer to work out that way. With certain membership, you get a heart rate monitor that links with their TVs and shows you your real-time heart rate while working out, which is crucial to maximize your workout. Even if you don't do personal training, you can get workouts from their app and you can always ask anyone questions. There are ATF gyms closer to where I live and I don't care - ATF Verona is the best gym I've ever visited.

Read moreThe only thing I like about Anytime Fitness Verona is the location. The equipment is okay and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They charged me for tanning without my agreement (i’m under 18 so i can’t use their tanning beds anyway), and they told me that they couldn’t give me a refund. On top of that, they charged me a $50 dollar fee for “letting somebody in” which they already charged me for a couple months prior to the incident. This led my bank account into overdraft, which charged me an extra $35 fee, so pretty much they made me lose $85. They told me they would give me a refund within 7 business days or less, but they never did. These fee issues are recurring and i’m not the only person that’s been...

The InBody for me is a huge plus as it helps you see your progress over time in a more detailed way. The app is fairly useful and the workouts so far have been ok. Really the biggest draw back for this gym is the price. I really don't feel like it's a good value as anything extra (like group classes) you have to pay for bi-weekly. So watch out for that. They also lock you into a 2 year contract which I'm not a fan of. There doesn't seem to be any sort of family or couple discount which is a bummer and for not having a pool or anything more recreational like a basketball court I just think the price...
