Arnie at reception was the rudest employee I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with on both our Tuesday June 30th visit and our Thursday June 3rd visit. So unpleasant that another group of visitors was talking with us about "how cranky that one woman was" and how "they hope they don't get checked in by her." She seemed so displeased with having to interact with guests. This is who this company chooses as their first point of contact with their customers and visitors.
Honestly, I'd say it's not really worth the visit unless you'd like to wander through some themed office buildings to some very very vague and poorly written instructions. Oh, and you can't see any real animals on their farm and none of the cafeterias or food places are open to tour guests, despite being on the "visit EPIC" info sheets. Not worth your time or energy. Especially not if you have to deal with Arnie at reception...
