The Jewelry Barn staff, craftsmanship,, and jewelry are outstanding!!! A couple of years ago, I wanted to give my husband a special Christmas gift. He received a lapel pin for helping do CPR on a man who happened to be family of the owner's of the Jewelry Barn. I knew it would just sit in the box for years to come.... so I brought it out to Jolene and asked if she thought we could turn it into a tie tack, something we could use and wear.... long story short, he was in tears and wears it with pride! And one more good deed from the gals out there.... one of my teenage son's had a major surgery a couple of years ago.... he received a Saint medal and chain prior to surgery, which turned out to be a HUGE success! A couple weeks later, it broke.... he was heart broken, on the verge of tears... A trip to the Jewelry Barn for them to save the day!!!! We HIGHLY recommend the Jewelry Barn for...

My wife bought a pair of ear rings back in the spring from The Jewelry Barn. She wore them 3 times and a stone (probably glass) fell out. She took them back and they said they could fix them. They called and said they were repaired and my wife explained we were out of town. 3 weeks later, we drove to jewelry barn only to be told they could not find the ear rings. We left and got a call saying they had found them. The next morning we made another 30 mile round trip to pick them up. They charged my wife 10 dollars to repair "their" ear rings that fell apart after wearing them 3 times . That made 3, 30 mile round trips for a pair of 40 dollar ear rings, plus a ten dollar repair bill. If my wife ever says she is going to the Jewelry Barn, I'm hiding...

I was looking for someone to take our wedding rings, my parents and my grandma's and turn it into a meaningful ring. Jolene nailed it!! She made it with heart and passion. I felt like you knew exactly what I wanted when I told you I wanted my dad with me. It is the most stunning ring I've ever seen. Thank you for the tears of joy! ...
