I was in need of a newer washer / dryer. I dropped in to Appliance Pro to support locally owned/operated small businesses. Their showroom was very clean & Dany promptly assisted me. She highly recommended the Speed Queen brand. However it was not in my budget to buy brand new units. Dany enlightened me that they also sell refurbished used units. They had a very nice Whirlpool washer but no dryers. She said they would have more dryers in a couple of days. I went ahead & purchased a pair. (3) days later Dany called to schedule my delivery & install. Shortly after, Joe called that he was on his way. Joe thoroughly impressed me w/ his manners & professionalism. He installed them in no time at all & showed me how to operate them. He even cleaned up his work area. I wish everyone enjoyed their job as much as Joe does!! My dryer went out Sunday, left Appliance Pros a message. They called first thing Monday morning and set me up with an appointment for today. The gentleman who came to repair my item, his name was Josh, came even a little bit earlier than he was supposed to , and he quickly and effectively and efficiently fixed my clothes dryer! My refrigerator went out on Friday evening and i was having a family gathering on Sunday so i was super stressed!!! I went by Appliance Pro on Saturday morning and thank god they had a counter depth fridge in stock !!
