If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday Sunday 3/2/2025 we came in from out of town to accommodate family from hour(s) away in different directions for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We called on Friday to find out about party packages, the lady was polite and said they did not but that we could reserve lanes for $50 each and they allow 6 people per lane. She stated that they aren’t really busy on Sundays so she felt no reservation was needed. We arrive 6 minutes after opening and was going to plan to reserve 4 lanes. The clerk stated they only had 3 available together so I took it. We had approximately 24 people but not everyone was bowling so we rolled with that. It took over 20 min to get bowling shoes for everyone and before we even got started they were limited on shoe sizes and most of us had to get shoes to small or way to big and they were falling apart. After getting the names set up on the lanes and 18 people mostly kids shoes situated and on we began to bowl. I only paid for one hour due to trying to play it by ear because I knew the kids would want to play in arcade and we also was going to order food and eat cake. We were told we could add time as long as they didn’t have a wait list. We also advised that we all would be ordering food but that they only had one server and the clerk would be helping with orders. There was not enough bowling balls of variety of weights as well as the ones there were in awful shape. After about 30-40 min of being there and actively bowling we went and hunted down a server to let her know we had a large order for food. After getting a large food order I realized we were already down to less than ten min. I hadn’t added time yet because it didn’t appear that busy there were multiple lanes open and no wait or even a clerk at the door. So I go and wait a few min on someone to come help so I could add time to be informed they couldn’t add time due to there was now a wait list. So after consulting with another worker it was found we couldn’t have the tables associated with the lane either and we hadn’t got our food yet. They did offer for a closed area to be open so we could congregate there. After consulting with the rest of our party we decided after not getting to finish atleast our first game of bowling that we would just leave and go eat somewhere together. Apparently your time starts when you pay and not when you actually stop bowling which isn’t fair due to the amount of time it took us all to finally get shoes on our feet that we could tolerate. We canceled our food order and went to the Super china buffet where the accommodated us all well and quickly and even gave my daughter a very nice unexpected birthday present. She was happy atleast and the trip to Vidalia wasn’t a waste. I highly suggest going to a different bowling alley out of town where there is better staffing, and the quality of the...

We went in the other night this being the second time going. The drinks are alright, but the price is absolutely ridiculous. They wanted 8$ for one shot and mix drinks are 10-15$ a piece. When you can buy a whole bottle at the liquor store for 10$. We would definitely go more often if the drinks were reasonably priced. Also, the time before last we spent almost 100$ on the mixed drinks and didn’t even feel a buzz off of them. The health and safety part about the bathrooms there is no hot water, only one faucet works in the ladies room with little water pressure. I would hope the men’s room is better. The atmosphere is great! The couches are such a better and comforting experience! The Jute Box is awesome and the black lights and the volume of the music was perfect. You are still able to hear your loved ones and the waitresses just fine while enjoying your time. Thank you guys for being open and providing this town with a fun time the whole family...

Horrible bowling alley if that is what you’re coming here for and the bowling lanes are very horrible and the bowling balls look like they’ve been put through a grinder. The pins do not ever register and are always messing up their bumpers or tubing. That’s how cheap they are and the waitress is OK Ray really likes her and the other lady, I’m assuming the manager was not being very nice and we’re automatically adding a 20% gratitude on our bill even though the door says it is only put on after nine or for a...
