The venue is why I gave a minus star. The place is ragged. The public restrooms are horridly decrepit and need serious upgrading. I understand this place is old, but if you're going to use it for the public, it should be up to at least standards of code. The track is well maintained. Why not the restrooms? The Night Lights Festival AKA Lantern Festival was a great time! Again, I minus 1 star due to the rising cost and the elimination of all that used to be included! Now you only get a ticket, a tiny flag to write on and give back so they can use it to decorate the grounds and a lantern for double the price. It comes with live music on the grounds. What you don't get anymore is a firepit with a log to burn, a smore's kit to roast with the group, stickers, and other trinkets for keepsakes. This is all now Ala cart for a hefty price! In fact, as much as a ticket! You don't get a fire pit and log either. You get a tin can with a burning candle in it! I mean, c'mon! Really? The T-shirts were doubled in price too. The food trucks were nice, but there needed to be many more vendors as the lines were across the field, I'm talking long and wide! The wait was ridiculous if you had the patience. The entertainment was fabulous! The artists that performed were the best I have ever experienced in all my years of attending! They alone get 5 stars! The launch was jumped by attendees not abiding with waiting for the initial start of the lighting all at once. So random lanterns were launching everywhere. The band playing stopped 5 min before the launch just to get the thing in order, so we all started together before the time clock even ran its countdown. Kinda lame. That was the rude spectators fault, though. The smores kit was sad, to say the least. They gave you chocolate stuffed marshmallow and a few grams crackers for a ridiculous price! The T-shirts, sweat-shirts, etc , are way overpriced! I really wish the first company that ran this festival would come back. This new one is as far as I can see, only out for a huge profit! So if you plan to attend, make sure you bring a full wallet! The launch was a beautiful success, though given all that forceeded it. That is...

We had a great time camping for the Cannabis cup! The staff was friendly and helpful. We got there early on Thursday and got an excellent camping spot. The porta-potties were clean and well supplied. They did get full Saturday night and by early Sunday morning they were emptied. We felt safe. The staff made rounds. Our stuff on the campsite was not messed with. The other campers were fun and friends were made. The Cannabis Cup was a great time! I don't think they were as prepared for the numbers of people that came. But they were accommodating. We had VIP tickets and it was well worth the extra money. We had about an hour wait in line but it was fine. Everyone was chill and smoking and having a good time. Best time I have had ever waiting in a line. There was confusion was to which line was VIP and General Admission. That could of been made more clear with signs. We received a t-shirt, water bottle with free water refills, a poster, a High Times magazine, a ticket to get a meal (it was only one taco... I expected more. Like a hotdog, chips and a pop or something.) We also got a free massage, I got one and it felt so good. We had two different hang out area's. One with music and free dab hits. One with free games of pool and foosball and dab hits. Both had limited seats. All that for the VIP's. So worth it. I would say next time to have more seating, maybe even places for people to take a nap. Lol with all the free dabs it did relax you enough to wanna take a nice little nap. Carpet square's under a tent?? And I have to say the snack time should of had more snacks, munchies. The place was packed with vendor's. So much to choose from. I loved that there was no alcoholic beverages. (And I am a drinker.) But without alcohol and only weed, everyone was happy and chill. No fights that I saw. I heard there was around 30,000 people there. And I didn't run into or witness not one...

This was the first time coming to this track. The parking was plentiful, it's just a grass lot. The staff was very friendly. We got right in and to our seats with no issue.

The food was good. The cheeseburger was one of the better ones I've had at a race track. They offer lots to choose from. The funnel cakes are pre-made and heated. I didn't try them because I wanted ones made fresh from batter. The prices were on par with other tracks. There's also a beer booth. They also have string light strung up over the gap between the stands and the concession stand.

The souvenir stand had the usual fare, t shirt, hoodie, toys, etc. Prices were good. A t shirt was 16.50.

The bathroom was clean. The guys had a sink and a stall. There was a trench along the wall with water going down the wall instead of individual urinals. It might be a pain to get in and out if the track is busy.

The stands are your standard wooden benches. You can see where some boards have been replaced. The view was good, you can see the whole track. The track has several grandstands along the front stretch.

The track has several configurations. They can run the big track, a smaller track, and a figure 8 track. The racing was pretty good. Passing was not easy, but there was side by side action throughout the field. The CRA Jegs series was there along with the Tri-state sprints, and American Truck Series. I will definitely try to get back there next year. It's a 3 hour drive for me. They also had a monster truck sitting out front., I'm not sure if it's promoting an...

My first time, I went for destruction night on Fri. We went with some friends, and we had a blast! Easy parking, decent bathrooms, different options for concessions, 50/50, giveaways, they do sell beer if you want to drink, they have a family oriented seating section too, monster truck rides, and all their prices are decent! The races were entertaining and lasted hours. They had car races, truck races, a mixture, bus races, they also had a boat race. Just so much was going on, and I was at the edge of my seat the whole time! A lot of fun!
