I stumbled upon this gold mine this past summer, tried the stuffed peppers and some kind of chicken wrapped in bacon. It was out of this world. I found myself within 10 miles of Mulberry Rock so I took it to Harvest Time. Found a squash I have been looking for over 20 years, a childhood delight. Bought sausage, bacon, chicken salad and more stuffed peppers, even better the second time. Accidently an advertisement appeared on my phone for one of their Thursday specials, I have to stop here and tell you I'm retired and found somethings are just worth paying for - I only eat filet mignon -, which included two New York Strips. Not expecting much I was pleasantly surprised when these were almost as tender as the Filet but equally as juicy and flavorful. The specials were $37, I bought two, I wish I would have bought 6. I have recently bought a home that is 8 minutes away, trust me I will buy all of my meat and chicken salad here. Not to mention their pattypan squash whenever it is in season and in their store. This butcher shope offers a variety of fresh meats and seafood items. My brother introduced me to this place and I have been going now for months. The prices are awesome. I really enjoy their weekly package specials. Lots of variety of meats and poultry in one package deal. This place also has a small bakery with unique dessert items. I recently had their chocolate covered bacon.....It was AMAZING!!! I cannot forget to mention the homemade jellies, jams and other homemade items. We were traveling thru coming home from our Christmas trip..we just so happened to stumble upon this little market, Wow such a great treasure. The meats and chesses were fresh and Delicious! They had a beautiful display of fresh vegetables, fresh cut meats..your normal meats and something new to us "buffalo bites" & "bomb shells" we grabbed some for the cooler, cooked em up...they only regret was we wanted MORE! 😋 Wonderful!
