Roses Store — Local services in Villa Rica

I came in this store, new to the area I was looking around around and YES I was touching the things I was interested in. I only came back this morning because I purchased 2 lighters from here about 3 or 4 days ago. Well as it would have it....one broke before she could use it ANY(green) and mine (purple lighter). So I went in and was making myself a cup of coffee as I mentioned the 2 lighters that I had purchased a few days prior. And could she just swap them out of credit me? She snaps at me and starts huffing at me telling me “if I am finished making my coffee, I needed to leave.” There are other customers coming and out and they can very much hear her telling me these things which is just incredibly embarrassing. She refused to let me see an item from behind the counter to read it. So I got a notepad out and I have to move she called the law to me!!!! writing the description of the item. Again, she follows over to where I am trying write the details of said product and says “you are finished, now leave!” She wasn’t asking. Quick in and out store. Due to its location, there are moments during the day when it's a nightmare to get in and out of. It's a small store, the people who work here are hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice, other times you can see the irritation on their faces and hear it in their voices. It's not a bad store by any means. It just depends on the time of day that you visit. The 4way intersection that it sits at can get overwhelmingly busy, and unfortunately, that causes accidents. I dont know why they don't put in a stop light. If you hit the store at the right time of day, it's a good quick stop for what you need. The rest of the day, the traffic is...

I would drive 30 miles to shop there!!!!!! I love th new owners!!!!!! They are friendly n good for th community!!!!!!!!!! They’re nice!!!!!!! Very nice!!!! They give jobs to their community!!!!!!! N I got a Christmas gift!! I buy all my gas n cigarettes there!!! Lots of times my 2 girls are with me n they have to get candy n drinks!!!! So glad to see smiling faces!!!!!!!! They have become family to me!!!!!! Hard working people !!!!!!!!! They worked Christmas so their employees could be off with there families !!!!!!!!!!! Best owners I ever...
