I went into the store to put money on my phone for cash app the lady see me come in and she was walking away so I forgot my hotspot in in the car and I went back out to the car to get it while I came back in to get my phone cash app stuff on my phone there's still nobody nobody at the front desk and the other person was outside stacking stuff and she didn't seem to notice anybody at the at the check out . Liz the lady who was rude to me very rude to me the one with all the tattoos on her face, finally she come up and I said there's I was trying to check out and there's another lady up here with a little girl trying to check out . She commence to tell me that, I don't have to be rude and I said I'm not being rude I'm just trying to check out and she goes well you can get out of my store if you're going to be rude. She needs to be fired she's so rude it's so ignorant I can't believe how she treated me! Ibhave a video of when I walked back up there I was going to ask her her name and she was coming out and I asked her why I was being kicked out what did I do . She said I was yelling at her and all kinds of stuff I don't know what she was talking about she told me to leave her store not to come back again and she didn't care about her customer service and stuff like this and it's just so ignorant. I'm disabled. I've had seven strokes I have dementia but I'll never forget this lady she was so rude to me she doesn't need to be in a customer service job ever she needs to be fired...

I was buying food with EBT. After I swiped my card the cashier said there was $2 and change left to pay. I asked her to remove whatever didnt count as EBT and she told me it was because I didnt have enough money on my card. She wouldnt believe it was the system and not me being poor. Eventually she canceled the whole order and I had to go to self check and pay for everything one item at a time. Eventually figured out it was a turkey and cheese cracker lunchables. Walked over to cashier and told her I figured it out, this is the item that is coded wrong, and held it out to her. She just stood there and stared at me, arms at her sides, and would not take the item from me. Just stared while I held it out to her until I just sat it down and left. Our own little Walmart.. The store on Highway A T recently got a major update inside. They have a lot more freezer & refrigerator space, (LIKE THE WHOLE LENGTH OF THE STORE) !! And it's a nice change to the way it was set up before. They've brought in more & different items also !! Took a while to find out where everything is again, BUT, that's OK. WE LOVE THE NEW CHANGES. MS. TINA IS STILL DOIN A FANTASTIC JOB AS USUAL !!! SOME NEW PEOPLE WERE HIRED ALSO. WHICH IS ALWAYS GOOD FOR THE ECONOMY !!!
