I received excellent customer service from Kelly who worked hard to solve an issue with fiberglass retention poles that developed a crack in the original set. Kelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product I was having an issue with. Kelly sent me a replacement set and my golf net is back in action. Thank you Kelly, I appreciate your efforts. Wow!!! Real People that answer their phone! This is a rare treat that you get when you are a Golf Gifts & Gallery customer. I'm not sure if I got the spelling right but, ( Kelli(y) (ey) was amazing.
