Stopped in on Saturday Sept 17th to see what they had in stock for a gas dryer. The general manager Thomas Ottow was working that day he mentioned he did not have any scratch or dent gas dryers in stock but was receiving a shipment the following Tuesday 9/20. I explained I worked right down the road but worked until 6pm. Thomas gave me his business card and said give him a call Tuesday my cell phone number is on the card and I will stay a few minutes after 6pm to show them to you. I called Thomas's cell phone Tuesday 9/20 about 10am and he did not answer so I left a message. I did not revive a call back so I called his cell phone again at 2pm again no answer. I called to store and the receptionist told me he was with a customer and she could take a message so I left a message with her. At 4:30pm I still had not received a call from Thomas so I called the store again and explained to the receptionist who I was and why I was calling. She told me he was still with a customer and she had given him the previous message. She put me on hold and went and talked to Thomas. When she got back on the phone she said he could not be there after 6pm but could be there after 6pm Wednesday night 9/21. I asked specifically if I needed to call and remind anyone. She said no he will be here for you. On Wednesday 9/21 I had my wife stop in to look at the dryers, which is the night I was told Thomas would be there after 6pm. She arrived at the store at 5:50pm and the store was locked and dark. The posted store hours are until 6pm every night of the week which matches the business card Thomas gave me. I called Thomas's cell phone and the store but again no answer so I left a message. As of 9/28/16 I have yet to receive a call back from Thomas Ottow the General manager from the 3 messages I left him. I called to speak with the owner Greg on 9/22/16 and was told he was out of town until 9/26/16 but the receptionist took a message and said he would call me back. She also asked the reason for my call and I explained I had a bad experience. As of 9/28/16 I still have not heard from the owner of Milwaukee Appliance.    Read moreMy husband bought appliances, about 5 years ago. From the time we met, 3 years ago, the ice-maker did not work. The dishwasher did not work, and now the washing machine sounds like an airplane taking off. They did service the dishwasher, or rather replaced with another. However, I decided to call and have them come out and repair the ice-maker. From the beginning, they were rude. Amanda, the parts manager, to the service guy. I practically felt like I was begging them to come and take a look at the freezer and do the repair. The repairman was incredibly rude, and defensive. He said he was going to have to order a part that âmightâ fix it, that was January. After that, I heard nothing else. I have called them almost a dozen times. It is now June and called 4 times last week asking if we could schedule a service call. I spoke with Grace, who was incredibly sweet and tried to help the best she could. Unfortunately, Amanda is the person who schedules service calls. My final call, Amanda informed me, rather rudely, that Greg would be calling to set up appt later that day. Itâs been a week now.    Read moreMilwaukee Appliance, what can I say? We have just completed the purchase and delivery of our second full kitchen appliances, this time for the âIn-Law Suiteâ in our home. We were fortunate enough to be able to afford Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances â a wonderful upgrade at an affordable price! Several colleagues, neighbors and family members have purchased miscellaneous appliances for their homes (washers, dryers, dishwashers) and expressed nothing but complete satisfaction. The Pandemic has wreaked havoc with supply chains, but the crew at Milwaukee Appliance did everything they could to make sure that we were able to move into our ânew spaceâ. The owner even came out to ensure our satisfaction with the installation â when was the last time THAT happened at one of the âBig Box Storesâ??? My wife keeps telling me I have to stop going up to customers in the appliance departments at âthose storesâ and whispering that âthe crew at Milwaukee Appliance will do better on price and service!â Guess Iâll stop when they throw me out!!!
