I have been a customer of Lake Country Jewelers / Jeff for many years. Jeff is easily the most honest jeweler I have ever come across.

Through the years Jeff has been our only 'go to' when it comes to jewelry design - he designed/made my wife's stunning 10th anniversary pave ring and her 3-plus carrot 20th anniversary rings. Not only are they stunning/show stoppers, there were sold at a VERY fair price. Jeff is also a master watch technician and he is the only person I trust with my watch collection. He even painstakingly rebuilt my uncle's 1943 Rolex. The watch was in a word - trashed. The face was damaged, and it was missing parts. Jeff not only sourced original / matching parts (AMAZING in itself), the watch looks like it is brand new and it keeps perfect time. This Rolex is always a conversation piece when I wear it. Some other noteworthy we have purchased through the years include her stunning diamond tennis bracelet, an AMAZING string of pearls, necklaces, ear rings, and bracelets. As a quick aside, you will not find better pricing on high quality diamonds, anywhere.

Jeff also has some of the most unique pieces found anywhere. He buys out old jewelry stores and large estates, which consistently brings in some of the most beautiful rings, watches, and other pieces of jewelry into the store.

During the years, I have shopped other jewelers, but will always keep coming back to Jeff and Lake Country Jewelers.

Jeff and his team are fantastic. I've been working with him for the past 6 years. He's helped me restore and maintain some family heirlooms, and he's always been transparent, honest, and patient. He's never pressured me into any type of service or purchase. He has a wealth of knowledge, decades of hands-on experience, and gladly shares his wisdom to the benefit of the customer. As an example, I have my grandfather's high school ring, which has been worn to the point of the stone almost falling out and all of the engravings being flattened. Jeff explained the different options available to make it wearable, and the costs associated with each approach. I decided not to move forward with any ring-related project, but this had no negative impact on how Jeff treated me as a customer. He is incredibly welcoming and flexible, and always willing to talk through anything. I'd highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone who is looking for a reputable, knowledgeable, and expert craftsperson to learn about, repair, and maintain pieces of value (whether sentimental or monetary). From my experience, Jeff treats everyone equally and provides the same care and attention to each customer. I have been a customer of Lake County Jewelers for decades now, ever since Jeff opened up his first location in downtown Delafield. In that time, I have bought around 10 items at Lake Country Jewelers, including a pendant today (Jan. 4, 2017). In addition, my wife and I have had our watches repaired by Jeff several times.

My choice to buy at Lake Country Jewelers is due to the combination of their service, attention to detail, and the rock-bottom prices. Everything I buy Lake Country Jewelers is unique, and of such incredibly high quality that I haven't seen, nor can I find, items like this anywhere else, including at all the TV box stores (Jared's; Kay; or Zale's). In fact, one custom piece I bought there was either lost or likely stolen and Lake Country Jewelers remembered the piece and re-made it for me.
