This is a really beautiful place to visit. Whether you're visiting for the gardens, the history, a wedding, fireworks, or to have a meal, everything is top-notch! We stopped to take in the views and get some pictures. They were setting up for a wedding, but were kind enough to allow us to wander around. If you've never been, or if you are planning an event, Willow Springs should be at the top of your list! Be sure to make your way through the hedge maze while you're here. (We have a lot of corn mazes in our area, but this is the only place I know of that has a hedge maze.) Several Pokestops and gyms in the area, though you may have a difficult time staying connected.

We haven't booked our wedding here yet but plan on doing it very soon, and after having a tour of the place and talking to then we realized quickly that there pricing is very decent, they do there own catering ar a decent price and getting pop and some beverages weren't bad priced there either and they were extremely helpful with figuring out a lot of things, I definitely look forward to booking a wedding with them in 2025

The town hall was a great place to host a bridal shower. It was light, airy, and the space was more than adequate for a small gathering . The food was fresh and delicious. Their staff is professional, very friendly and was very busy with another event the day we had ours. I would recommend Willow Springs Garden hands down for any event you may be interested in hosting.

Had our wedding ceremony here at the round barn, on 10.06.2018. We were completely blindsided by the lack of attention we received. If i could put zero stars i would... They should have paid us to get married here.

First and foremost we asked for an archway that was a surcharge over the standard arch. They had over a year to get it ready, painted and delivered to our outdoor wedding area. The literal day of the wedding, they attempted to bring it over with a skid steer 20 minutes prior to the ceremony. They threw it close to the birch one, then frantically slapped some white paint on it and then realized it was all rotted out and hauled it away, if you consider "hauling away" being a good 10 feet from where we got married. It was the largest eye sore ever. Which we're still getting charged for by the way, and that's not even the half of it.

When we booked the round barn 1.5 years prior mind you, there was no discussion or documentation of any renovations happening during our wedding month, or at all for that matter. When we went to view our ceremony area one week before our wedding, there was this huge pit dug in the ground, and a giant mess of construction for their new warming building or something... it was a 100 percent blind side. Here we are, getting married, next to a freaking construction zone 20 yards away. There were Large dirt piles, pallets of concrete block, and quite a few blue tarps among other items. I know how long it takes for building plans to go through development stages and zoning, and it would have been nice to know that there was going to be construction. We would have went somewhere else to get married. It was a very unprofessional thing to not inform your customers about this. I mean it's only a wedding right?

There was also the fact that they forgot to mention that just by renting the round barn for a day does not mean they will not set up their area for events the next day DURING your wedding. When we arrived on our wedding day there was a large white circus tent set up directly in front of the round barn, for an antique roadshow the next day, 10.07.2018. This was a huge upset, because everyone coming for OUR wedding thought we were getting married in this darn tent. It was honestly embarrassing. We got asked numerous times why we even bothered renting the barn area at all. (Because it was like we, and our wedding didn't even exist to Willow Springs)

The tent was set up on the location where all our guests were going to park. Needless to say parking was a joke. We were promised a smooth parking transition, with representatives from willow springs directing traffic... This did not happen.

The Willow Springs groundskeeper was also setting up picnic tables in the field where our guests were getting ready to be seated for our outdoor wedding, up until 15 minutes prior to our ceremony. If you don't already know, there is nothing like hearing the sound of a skid steer, placing picnic tables throughout the field you'll be walking through to get married is all i can say.

I honestly don't know how in the world they can be charging $1000.00 to rent the round barn for the day, when they were so focused on setting up the facility for the antique roadshow the following day. I mean throughout our short ceremony (24 min) there were large truck trailer combos pulling in with antique steam farm equipment. There were people all around setting up this huge circus tent, and we didn't even have anywhere to take pictures due to the fact that the front of the barn had a large tent, the rear of the barn was a construction nightmare, and the field where we got married was full of 10 or so picnic tables!

All in all I wouldn't book this location for your wedding. It was the laughing joke of our entire wedding, and I would hate for other couples to have to go through such a disrespectful and...

Our wedding at Willow Springs Gardens' Round Barn was an absolute dream come true, and the venue and staff played a significant role in making it a remarkable experience.

From the very beginning, the staff at Willow Springs Gardens went above and beyond. They not only provided us with a beautiful setting but also helped with everything from decorating the space to arranging the food for both the wedding and rehearsal. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of our celebration.

One standout aspect was their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. They provided experienced bartenders who ensured our guests were well taken care of, even going the extra mile by arranging late-night pizza for those who were still dancing the night away. It was these thoughtful touches that made our wedding unforgettable.

What truly amazed us was the support they offered after the big day. They assisted with packing up the venue, allowing us to relax and savor the memories of our special day without worrying about the cleanup.

The entire staff at Willow Springs Gardens' Round Barn exceeded our expectations. Their dedication, professionalism, and friendly nature made our wedding day stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. We couldn't be more grateful for their contributions to making our wedding day perfect. If you're looking for a wedding venue that will go the extra mile, look no further - Willow Springs Gardens is the ideal choice.

My only advice to the venue is on days when there are events at both locations on the property, to verify ahead of time if signs need to be placed at the separate entrances to ensure guests arrive at the correct event as both venues share an address and google maps always routes traffic to the town hall and...

Similar to other reviews, they are a little difficult to communicate with. I had questions prior to the event, so I would call and leave a message because they never seem to answer right when you call, and then they would call back. Diane who always was the women I communicated with over the phone is very friendly though. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Round Barn and the grounds surrounding it. They have plenty of decorations you can use/rent around the venue. We booked our event about 1.5 years prior to our event, when they had just started the new bathrooms/bridal sweet. They are still working on it, so we were only able to use the "bridal sweet" part, which is not finished but it worked. We were also able to take some nice photos of me getting ready in there. It will be AMAZING once it is finished. Going into the event, there was a little confusion I think. They have a full staff that gets everything ready including setting up chairs, getting the bar ready. During the event, everyone was very professional (even reigning in some of our guests that were getting a little unruly with the bar)which is comforting. They do all the catering there, so that cuts down on an extra vendor you are responsible for finding. Overall...
