Mae's Flower Shop — Local services in Ville Platte

My wife Joanne Savoy was treated very rudely by this shops owner, these are her comments .... 0 rating --- I called to place an order for delivery of flowers on Friday . I asked 3 times if it could be delivered on Saturday and was told YES. They did not even attempt to deliver on Saturday as they claimed they were too busy. They should have then let me know and I would have canceled my order as my gift was time sensitive. I was told on Wednesday they do not call in advance and I told them I was asked for the recipients number cause they do call in advance. They even called her in advance on Monday before delivery. It also came to my attention after the delivery the recipient was not home on the weekend, which I did not know. But they did not know either cause they had not even tried to contact her until Monday. I tried to discuss this with the owner and he hung up on me cause he said they were delivered and she liked them. I was asking for my delivery fee back since it should not have been delivered on Monday. He hung up on me. The whole issue is we had a contractual agreement to deliver on Saturday and there was NO ATTEMPT to do so until Monday. Horrible Horrible customer service. I was lied to, point blank. I placed a Goodie basket order for my 10 year old son, 10 days before Valentine’s Day. I was told yes it would be delivered on Valentine’s Day. It wasn't delivered. Called this morning and was told that they did not have a deliver driver yesterday. I did NOT get a call from them either to inform me. Owner said that isn't our policy to call. WOW.. Don't waste your time with this place. Owner is rude. Don't see how this place is...
