A full fledged meat market, several butchers working continuously to fill orders as fast as possible. Large selection of sausages and everything from chicken, chops, and quail stuffed with an assortment of goodies. Looking forward to trying the number of different items we bought. Boudin was okay, just a bit too salty. The beef jerky however is something best left on the counter, no flavor...
