Label Resale Boutique — Local services in Vinings

Walking into this place was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. I went there to resale some designer pieces. The majority of the pieces were brand new with tags. I had items around $300 unworn, with tags.... in flawless condition. My first problem was that they listed the items for $30- $40. At the end of my contract I went to pick up the clothes that didn't sell, and he bagged them and told me I was all set and had three pieces. I checked the bag and they had only put two items in there. I called to ask if they sold it or if they accidentally forgot to give it back to me, and the nervous woman at the end of the phone said she would get back to me. The first thing that alerted me that something shady was going on was the tone of her voice, she didn't ask what item was missing and she didn't ask my name. It was as if she already knew who I was and what I was missing. I waited all weekend for a call and I got NOTHING. I called back that Monday and they said they couldn't find it but he would look again. He called me back about 20 minutes later to inform me that they weren't reliable for lost or stolen items and that they could give me $13 for my troubles. How convenient that my brand new BCBG dress with tags, around $350, had been gone. This is one of the shadiest places i have EVER been. Poor customer service, extremely disorganized, and downright rude.

To anyone looking to consign, I urge you to stick to Ebay or another website of the sorts! THis place will "lose" your items that are nice and expensive. I read other reviews from other customers who have consigned and are missing items as well....

I have come into Labels in Vinings twice now and have never left empty handed or disappointed. As a mid-twenty year old who works in a corporate professional setting, it can be hard to find business professional outfits which also highlight my individual style. Reilly, one of Label’s most patient and fashion-oriented stylists and sales agents, has helped me both times I have come in. She has found me pieces that are unique to me and how I express myself through clothing but that also meet a business setting— without looking like your stereotypical business woman with a blazer. She listens to what I am looking for and truly brings my vision to life. She has introduced me to new brands and found statement pieces by some of my favorites— Free People, Zara, Magaschoni, ASTR, Anthropologie, etc. Traditionally I stray away from resale boutiques as it can be tireless sorting through their plethora of styles, sizes, and options to find brands and styles that work for me. However, I will continue to return to Labels given Reilly’s excellent customer service experience. I literally just discovered this place TODAY unfortunately they were near closing time 😕 and was unable to get through a snip bit of their inventory 😞. However, the staff here are extremely welcoming and informative with respect to sharing their various locations, when new shipments arrive (every Monday - hint hint 😉) the wonderful savings one can achieve by shopping with them! I absolutely love to shop and have a very sharp eye for great quality (no matter the 🏷️ label) , i can put my hands on good stuff no matter where I'm shopping. Specifically since I am a previous business owner myself of fine apparel and accessories and do everything online.
