Absolutely amazing experience with Easy Does It Entertainment—would recommend a millions times over! I’ve used several bounce house entertainment companies in the local area over the years, some were sufficient, others were not. But my experience with “Easy Does It” rates five stars across the board! Let me explain so you can make your own informed decision to use them: I’m not overly organized (I.e. I don’t always plan birthdays in advance; too many jobs, loads of kids): the entire experience from first contact to finish was seamless! They are excellent communicators, kind, patient and provide stellar customer service. I have a tendency to be overwhelmed on the day of the party with food prep/decorations etc: this company made my life so much calmer on party day! They were on time, efficient and quick (but not hasty) to set up the immaculate bounce houses in the exact location and orientation that worked the best, they were knowledgeable, informative and accommodating to my chaotic household. They even asked if they could help in any way after setting up everything! We had over 50 kids (ages newborn to 16) and parents show up and the party would have been a dud had it not been for this business! When time came to take the bounce houses down, they were patient with letting the kiddos finish playing and then safely and quickly deflated and packed up the equipment. My yard was left in better condition than when they had arrived. From the start, they were great at informing me along every step of the process, answering my questions and communicating. Payment was easy, prices are better than competitors and the entire experience was bar none-my best yet.

Bottom line, if you got this far in the review: based on my experience, I have sympathy for anyone that gets stuck with using a competitor: Easy Does It Entertainment has rightfully earned the reputation as the “Chik-Fil-A” of the party/entertainment businesses here in Hampton Roads.
