Damaged the siding on my house installing new fiber optic line. I settled with getting free internet service for a year. Four months later and I received a termination notice for an unpaid bill. They decided to start billing me for the modem unbeknownst to me. I called customer service, talked to a manager, and was given a ridiculous justification about why I would continue to be billed.
And they are lying in their response to my initial review. I did not add any additional services. They installed new fiber optic line that I did not request. A new router/modem/plume or whatever they want to call it HAD to be installed in order to use the service. As a customer whose personal property was damaged because of this company's negligence, I am not happy with how they handled this.    Read moreI think Cass Communication uses JUNK equipment. We have internet, TV, and phone through Cass. We moved to Havana only to find out that Comcast’s “Exfinity” was not available in this area. I tried going through Cass’s sales person, Danny, thinking he would do all that he could to help us. Wrong! He said he would see what he could do about getting me credit for all the problems I’ve been having: it’s been about a month and we never heard from him. He also said he be sure to have a service person call before they came; that never happened. We did get a card at the front door saying a service person had been there. We have a second recorder in our bedroom. It has never worked like it should. I have had bad reception on my TV for more than a month only to find out that a power station just across the street from my house was not producing the required voltage.
