If I could give Harmony Harvest Farm 10 stars I would do so! The absolute best customer service (Chris) that I've ever experienced. I had issues with an order that was to be delivered overnight but wasn't delivered until 3 days later. Flowers were just about dead by then! Chris sent me new ones which also didn't arrive overnight as paid for but flowers were still okay! Then I received a very beautiful surprise of some tulips from Harmony Harvest (Chris) as a gift for the issues with my order. Never have I had such "go above and beyond" customer service as this. My weekly bunch of flowers from Harmony Harvest arrived 6/15 with the temperature outside at 99.7 degrees. Fed Ex delivered them to a shady spot and there they sat for 3 hours in the heat. When I got home I immediately opened the box. They were a bit warm but the “cool pack” helped them survive. I cut the stems and put them in cool water with some flower preservative for 5 hours. They are now vased on my kitchen table, beautiful ! I have been getting a weekly delivery of these amazing flowers for almost 3 months now. I ordered a dahlia bouquet and was delighted with it. I live in Boston and was nervous about the distance, but the bouquet was well packed in a box and the lovely flowers continued to open and bloom lasting almost 2 weeks! At a far better price than local companies. I will definitely order these again.

April 6th, 2025 update: I ordered these fabulous ranunculus blossoms 2 days ago; they are opening more each day and came in pristine condition in a box with biodegradable moist towels to keep the stems fresh. Great communication with my online order! I highly recommend this...
