I purchased a second key fob for a wrecked car that I was having rebuilt. By the time I got the car repaired and to the dealer for programming, only to find that the dob would not communicate back to the computer for programming, my 30 day return period with eBay had long since passed. I contacted Northern Lights and Jeff said to send it back and he would issue me a refund, which he did. I appreciate that he stood behind their product, doing what I feel was morally the right thing to do, despite not contractually having to through eBay. After finally installing it (which required removing my front bumper), none of my sensors worked. When I contacted them, they hid behind a “30-day return policy” instead of owning their mistake.
