Mor furniture is a joke. If you don't pay an astronomical amount for delivery, then they will charge you an astronomical fee for warranty services. I spent over 1000 on recliners 8 months ago. The padding at my lumbar has disappeared, and I can feel the wooden board on both chairs. Mor furniture wants more money or for me to drive both recliners over 5 hours away, not the location where I picked the chairs up from. Customer service forget about it they will tell you it's in the fine print of your Contact so there is no warning that if you don't pay almost 400 extra for delivery that you'll have to pay for someone to come inspect the items and decide if it is covered under warranty or normal wear and tear. The only downside I observed is that the nice people who load items into your truck are not very delicate in the way they handle your merchandise. Everything they load up is always well wrapped so it may not really matter (I'm not an expert on those things), but it would seem to me (the one who actually purchased the items) that it would be better to just take the extra 5 seconds and be a tiny bit gentler.
