Best costumer service EVER! I had originally ordered the Gold Fiera Booties only to receive an email a few days later that they were out of Stock!😔 However, Kyley went above and beyond to try to get me the Gold ones. Unfortunately we weren’t successful but I’m glad I went with the Black ones after all, they go with everything!! Rodeo season is going on in Houston right now and they came in just in tune for the concert I’m attending. I can’t wait to show them off, they are stunning! 🤗 Thank you Kyley and Rural Haze for everything I will definitely continue to shop...

I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to my emails regarding delivery, and even more impressed with the personalization of their packaging. DO NOT ORDER from here. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Customer service was terrible. My bf ordered boots for my birthday September 2018 and we waited until the end of January before canceling the order because the boots still hadn’t shipped out! I think they were hoping we forgot about ordering them. Customer service was terrible... they didn’t even try to make it right, just sent a notice they refunded the money.
