I lived there four years. This is an unbiased and real review. Problems come up like anywhere. Last year we had a rash of bike thefts and some stoages were broken into. The manager, Amy worked hard to stop it and uses surveillance cameras to stop crime. She's a great manager and now has help as she is given more and more responsibility. She does her job and people sometimes hate on her for that..thank God she does her job or all hell would break loose. Unfortunately I witnessed a lot of fraud. Several women don't hide the fact they get huge amounts of food stamps and sell them. Women move guys in that aren't added to the lease. This also happens with guys allowing buddies to move in. But it's overall safe, very very clean, great community. I loved my times out in the huge lawn in the middle with the adorable children playing with my dog. I miss Amy too. I got written up when I deserved it and was not a teacher's pet but she helped me as I deeply mourned the lose of my dog Trouble. If the setting were different I'd never have moved. I love access to rivers and wooded areas (yeah my dog got a tick here). Anyways I loved that most people worked and we had free storage units and covered parking. It's pretty to boot. When on a lower income, it is nearly impossible to find a place that is affordable and a welcoming and clean environment. My first experience with these apartments was with the apt manager , I believe her name was Amy. Very welcoming and helpful with all of my worries and concerns, I felt confident moving in. She is one of the best things about the apartment, always understanding and willing to help everybody. I have been here for quite a while now and could not be more proud to call these apartments home.
