🅿️ Parking - There Is Parking Along The Fence Just Backup To It And Check In Try Not To Park In Front Of The Doors Cause It Makes It Hard For The Other Drivers To Get Out Or In Sometimes I'm Not Sure About Over Night Parking Though I Highly Recommend Not To.

🛎️ Service - Checking In Is Pretty Simple Just Call The Phone Numbers On The Sign Give Them Your Load Info & Head Inside The Yard Go To Door A Check In Guy There Is Pretty Nice But They Sound Over Worked They Are A Big Place But They Have A Lot Of Stuff In The Build That Is In The Workers Way To Get Stuff Off Or On The Trucks They Have To Move A Lot Of Stuff Outta Of Their Way Before They Can Either Load You Or Unload You By What I've Noticed Along With If Your Being Unloaded It Takes Them Much Longer To Unload Then To Load Because Of All The Stuff In Their Way Whoever Manages The Building Should Look Into That To Be Honest To Help Speed Up Production Of The Loading And Unloading Process.

🚻Restrooms - There Are Restrooms In The Building At Door A Go Inside Hang A Left They Are Right There For Ya In The Outbound Area.

🛏️Lounge - There Is No Drivers Lounge.

☀️ Maneuverability - It's pretty easy to get in and out of here normally and plenty of room as well normally.

🍔 Food - No food is provided here and there are no vending machines that I have seen of.

🥤Drink - No drinks is provided here and there are no vending machines that I have seen of.

⛽ Fuel - No fuel is provided here.

🚓 Security - You must call the numbers on the sign when you arrive and give them your information to gain access to their yard.

⌚ Wait Times - This unfortunately varies from driver to driver and days and times as normal. I had an appointment for 12pm lunchtime it's now 2pm so far and still...

I got here just in time. I think. My appointment is for 3 PM. I arrived at one fifty p m. Called the phone number and they let me through the gate. I parked and got checked in at receiving. At 2 PM, everybody went to lunch. So there's a line of trucks outside the gate, waiting to get in. They don't even answer the phone when they're on lunch. They do have a bathroom for drivers. I strongly suggest you bring your own toilet paper or wipes. As for your final paperwork, you just have to guess when it will be ready. They won't call you and tell you to come in to get it. I was sitting for a little over an hour before I finally decided to go in to see if they were done. And I noticed my signed paperwork was sitting there next to the desk.

Absolutely useless.i got an order from new britian Connecticut free shipping through usps.at the same time I got one from melrose Illinois and paid for fast shipping .keep in mind Illinois is alot closer .I got the package from Connecticut in 3 days.its been 7 days and it has moved 2 times with dhl and all they do is take it to usps to deliver and still have sent it to Georgia were it sits.and their website is an absolute mess.The first 2 days all they did is pick it up 13 miles away and store it were it set for another 24 hours.Hope it still comes eventually. I don't mean anything about the facility in vonore,TN.never been there.this is about dhl in general....
