Ordered a lazy susan on Jan 4, 2014 which was advertised to be delivered within a couple of weeks. Having not received anything by early February, I contacted Caleb who informed me that they were backlogged due to the holidays and that my order would be sent out the following week. I received nothing. I emailed on February 12 to inquire when my order might be filled and have heard nothing. I will try calling again but I am not hopeful. My experience was perfect from beginning to end. Caleb communicated promptly and always got back to me. I saw him treat other customers the same way. He was even willing to help me address a few problems with two of my own projects on a day that the shop was technically closed for an incredibly minimal price.
