I'm not sure who is giving the 5 star reviews, but have they ever stayed at another RV park in their life?? This "resort" (a joke) is accessed through a used car sales parking lot. The park is full of old, beat up RV's (few if any newer than 15-20 years old). The spaces are only a few feet apart and I didn't see any amenities. Well there is a pond to the south of the spaces. Read moreWe re-searched all over Waco and nearby RV parks for a decent place to enjoy our long stay for my visiting family, short term or long term. This park has everything. I'll mention a few. Dog friendly and dog park, Overhead and sheltered and unsheltered areas with trees. Laundry facilities, pool, Post Office Box', propane, small lake and ample room for outside dining. Just north of Waco Its just 20 minutes away from downtown Waco off I35. They have a ground station for waste at each site not just one. It's a five mile drive to Bellmead which has an HEB, Sams, fast foods and restaurants...yes, I'll think you'll enjoy it here and...
