I recently spent $ 44,000 on a new tractor purchase. When I was extremely focused on numbers and specs and dollar figures I was told that they deliver. I absolutely did not hear the offer. I know other people who have been concentrating on something they do not hear when someone addresses them. And when they called and said I could come and pick it up I would think I could have been reminded of Delivery service but I was not. I want to rent a excavator from them and I thought I could get a break and they would deliver the excavator and pick it up for reduced cost. I was told no. Very pleased with Kevin, Cody and the rest of the staff at Aldrich Tractor. I’ve got a Gehl 4835 skid steer that I was having problems with. Kevin and his tech got my machine into the shop quickly and they were able to properly diagnose what was going on. Kevin took a good amount of time to explain to me what was going on and also caught a couple small inexpensive maintenance items that, if not caught early on, would have been a much bigger problem down the road.
