We have an outdoor patio set that came into my marriage with my wife and we’ve been married 23 years; we’re guessing the set is over 30 years old. Finally after 30 years we thought about a new set but opted for replacement slings. We had no idea what we owned so first step was the customer service department. I sent them a few pictures; they told me what I had and the part numbers for replacements. At this point I was already pretty amazed; seriously what company has replacement parts 30 years later? As long as I’m on customer service I did call them about 10 years ago asking how I buy some of those little “feet” that protect the metal chair from rubbing the concrete. They just sent me new feet, no charge or even questions about when we bought it.

Purchased 8 sling chairs & 4 ottomans & 4 loungers. Two years later purchased 4 more matching sling chairs. Just after the end of warranty period the 4 newer sling chairs totally deteriorated and ripped apart. After 8 months of back and forth with our dealer. And no longer available style or colour. They said the would give a discount on new ones. Also said they found a roll of the original colour in the warehouse but no longer able to recover our style of chair Because they don’t have the jig any longer. All we can do now is let anyone know about the poor quality of product and service from...

It's amazing to us that the slings lasted 20 years - never having been stored indoors. We could have certainly gone a few more years with the current slings but it seemed like a good time to get something new and so we decided to replace the entire set (the old set is still being used by a family friend). Durability is actually our second most important criteria - comfort is first. On that front, we're as happy with our second Homecrest set as we...
