Swan Pharmacy Inc — Local services in Wadley

I am shocked and disappointed with this pharmacy today. Normally, they are nothing but nice, but today, the girl on the phone was hateful because I called yesterday and was told medicine would be in today but call. I did as instructed I even apologized for bothering them again . She said, "Ugh yeah". So I get there and a pharmacist I've never seen before kinda skinny older woman with bad Bob haircut who thought she was important told me "No we didn't get the medicine " I said "well I just spoke with lady and it came this morning " she said "no we don't have anything for you " then I said "hmmm well someone got 16 and I was to get the rest. Her already sour face got pinched, and she said "hold on" needless to say I was right and she had to sell me my prescribed medication. Still sour and rude!!!! I take an adhd medicine I have since middle school and I'm 44 now. I couldn't believe how they treated me like trash or some criminal. I've gotten it filled there for over a year but I guess I am not important enough for their establishment. Bottom line if they think you are important you can shop there otherwise they don't want...

Every employee is wonderful! I actually looked forward to my visits to this pharmacy. The store is full of fun home goods and baby items plus the usual pharmacy items. The ladies are so caring and friendly! I pray they will be protected through this pandemic as they serve their community! I actually moved yet still drive the hour and a half to have my prescriptions filled. On my way there today! God...
