I am writing to address my sincere appreciation to Home Entertainment Solutions and Mike Mitchell for their audio/video assistance in helping with my newly constructed home theater room.

By way of background, I initially retained the services of another “so called” expert who would assist me with all the technology tools that I needed to be implemented in a HTR constructed in my basement. This individual helped me select the HTR audio/video components, and truthfully, I am very happy with the components that I purchased. Regrettably, during the installation phase of the components, it became readily apparent that my so called expert was shooting at the hip relative to the wiring and component needs that were not initially addressed during the construction process. Certain hardwiring internet components were not installed during the construction process, and this caused a great deal of problems relative to buffering and picture quality. It was readily apparent to me during this stage that this individual did not foresee these issues and the result was a substantial drop off in the streaming and video quality for the components that I purchased.

Fortunately, I purchased my HTR seats from Mike. Mike told me a few times during the installation process of the seats that he wished I had contacted him for his assistance relative to the installation of the audio/video components. When I realized that I had made a mistake with the first technician I selected, I called upon Mike and his posse of audio/video geeks, Nick and Brandon, and they quickly assessed the problems, ordered the correct Control4 components to address the problems, and installed them in an efficient and non-visible manner, notwithstanding that all the construction had previously been completed when their services were called upon. I now have a HTR which I am very proud of and all the audio/ video problems that came to light with the first technician have now been corrected as a result of the exceptional services I received from Mike and his staff.

One of the best things I can say about Home Entertainment Solutions is their accessibility. If minor glitches come up after completing their work, I can call Mike at any time on his cell phone and he will either pick up and talk to me, or in those rare occasions he does not answer, he returns my call within twenty-four hours. I am sure we all agree that customer service has went south during and after the Covid Pandemic, but fortunately, Home Entertainment Solutions does not abide by this trending indifference to customer satisfaction.
