Kenyons Variety — Local services in Waitsfield

The Kenyon family and Kenyon's Variety store are valuable members of the Mad River Valley community. They are a fine Vermont family and run a respectable and essential business. I used them for decades when I had horses in Vermont -- old Howard Kenyon let me board my horse at their Kenyon Farm when I first acquired that Morgan-cross gelding back in the early 1980s; then serving the needs of my home and Oldstyle Morgans farm in Moretown. They also allowed our local Mad River Riding & Driving Club to hold horse shows, sleigh rallies, and other horse events at their farm. I still stop by Kenyon's when I am back in Vermont.
