Dollar General — Local services in Wake Forest

Where do I start. I'm a regular at this store, partly because I'm close to it. I use to go here only because they had amazon gift cards and that's how I got stuff from amazon, rather than paying by card, because the gift cards go through much, much faster than cards. This place is great because it's got everything for cheap. I will come in and get popsicles or some microwaveable food on the go. As of late, I've started coming because they have some really cheap blurays hidden beyond a corner of the front store. And oh my have I found myself some nice movies just by selecting one, buying it, and watching it. They restocked them recently so I will be visiting rather often. It has a nice southern touch, and the cashiers I usually see are really nice and helpful. Now, the store isn't exactly the newest and cleanest, but I'm not taking a star off for that, because of the service over the years and the price I've been getting my things at much outweighs the one con that the store has. Tremendously helpful layout and staff! Renovations offer immensely more products to choose from. DOLLAR GENERAL is my "go to" place between my large grocery store purchases when running low on items. Furthermore, love the fact DG has top brand name items as well as cost saving DG products which are great, i.e. band aids, over the counter pain relievers. All of these dollar general stores could use some fine tuning such as training certain employees to jump on a register when they CLEARLY see the line so long you'd think it was a free tickets booth to see Woodstock all over again. They tend to run out of items like milk etc rather often so that could be tuned UP a bit as well.

But overall it's aeight and will save you some dollars so long as you pay attention to the price difference of the big stores (i.e. milk let than half DG's...
