We ordered a bed and didn't look at the ticket before leaving the store. We ended up with the wrong size bed, but ironically an incorrect part of the bed was also delivered. The next morning we returned to the store and Randy was great. He visited our house again to remove the incorrect bed and deliver the correct one. Randy, and all of the staff at the store have always been so friendly, helpful, and professional. And what a great store! Loads of inventory; if you can't find what you need when it comes to furniture you are looking for something that doesn't exist. Thank you to Randy and all the staff for being so wonderful to work with. Once we get settled in Wayne we are looking forward to returning to purchase...

Great quality and even better customer service! I went back and forth for weeks, unable to make up my mind on what I wanted. Sarah was great! She was patient and helped me every single time. Randy and the guys were courteous and respectful when they were delivering. I have purchased a twin mattress and boxspring as well as a sofa from them, and both have held up extremely well! I will be going back soon for a new mattress for myself....

I first met the folks at this great furniture store just north of Wayne, NE sometime ago and was amazed at the selection on hand. Looked at several pieces which included mattress sets, couches, and recliners.
