I was buying $65.00 worth of stuff, dog food, jello, laundry soap, bathroom cleaner; when my bank card wouldn't work, I called the bank which said it should work. So the employee, Ann, bought my supplies for me saying, Merry Christmas! Amazing job Amy! Thank you! I was in a car accident and rolled my car 7 times, breaking my hip, rib, jaw, both eye sockets, and 3 vertebrae in my neck that were fused together. I was barely walking . I needed a cart to get around. My neck in a brace, and a limp. Ann went far beyond the customer service standards. If she knew that I was living on SSI, and on family leave from work. First of all I needed distilled water for my bipap machine, they had none last Thursday afternoon and had none today. One shelf was clear full of drinking water in gallon jug. I had to buy bottles of water , distilled, both days. Also they need more than 1 person at check out. I stood at the check out for at least 3 minutes while the lady was at across the store stocking shelves or something. They need a bell of some sort for people to ring to be checked out. This wasn't my first time for waiting for someone to be checked out. Its the berries when it's the only place in town to purchase food items, we have no grocery stores in Wakefield, Ne nor near by town of Emerson, Ne. Which I live inbetween...

I live near several dollar general stores in eastern Nebraska. What employees you have are great but stressed. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF TO PROVIDE A BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND TO KEEP STORES CLEAN AND UNCLUTTERED.
