I have run out of adjectives to accurately express the extraordinary experience we had with this exceptional company! After 27 years in our house we discovered our air ducts were actually fiber glass wrapped in a foil outer coat that had been polluting our home air quality. We were referred to All American who, from Travis the company's owner, to Katie & Michelle who run the office, to the incredible Jacob and Ethan who did the actual work, treated us with kindness and respect and put a plan and quote together to immediately address our problem. The folks who delivered the dumpster, where the inadequate "duct" work was deposited for removal, were extremely careful with the placement and were our first taste of how the project would progress. Jacob and Ethan spent 3 days extricating the "bad" stuff and replacing it with real duct work while barely taking a moment to breathe. Offers of tea, coffee or other refreshments were declined as they just continued work dedicatedly and finished within the expected time frame and then cleaned up meticulously leaving the basement as if they had just been like the fog barely leaving a remnant of their presence! We are breathing deliciously clean air and thanking the good Lord for directing us to this amazing company. We have already contacted them again and arranged for some additional work to be done, confident that we will have a repeat performance of our first experience. I may seem to be "gushing" but there are not enough words to express how wonderful everyone involved was, which in todays culture is often not found in many service companies. I feel that I should mention that Travis was very informative in letting us know that for the age of our home, built in 1973, using fiber glass for duct work was not unusual, but that removing and replacing it really needed to be done so the extra education was appreciated. Very hard to come and look at a system they just installed that is not working properly. All ways giving the runaround with everything. Tell them whats wrong and even give actual testing info on the system and still get excuses and when they finally contact us they give more excuses on not getting back too us. When they finally came and look at the system they just put in and say the refrigerant was low (like I was telling them) and say its nobody's fault. Usually when you install a central air system you check pressures when you start the system and fill accordingly. And the best part when the owner says too your wife that if you call and need anything that he will remember this review. Very professional company lol And not too mention all the hack work they do with running charge lines and putting a cover over the lines outside.

And the response from them is just like i said before. Clearly they don't know anything about refrigeration just because a gauge set says r22 don't mean anything it also says r12 and other types as they are there for a quick guide for pressures and can be used with different refrigerants. You don't know what that gauge set has been used on and or if the lines have been cleared which they should be after your done using them. (A gauge set that has never even been used on R22) but they don't know really good too assume. And as for the hack work just running charge lines on the floor is OK makes sense. Stuff was moved out of the way for them too do the install. But it must also be ok to move someone's insulation and not put it back when the job...

Richard and I are very pleased with this company! I am not one to write the really GOOD reviews, but I have to say that Travis started us out by showing up quickly and was friendly and very Professional. Like many homeowners, I think we just “hit the buttons” and expect things to work like usual. But this time it didn’t go that way. We noticed the temperature in the house was getting higher and higher. When Travis came he went through the entire system with us, explained every thing to us and answered all of our questions. Our a/c unit was over 30 years old and our furnace was also over 20 years old. After thinking about it and exploring the options, we decided to replace the whole system. They were there the next day and as I have health problems they took that into consideration and got our system installed and up and running sooner then we could have hoped for. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are. We would not hesitate to call them again. They took care of a lot of the paperwork for us and had everything go smoothly. The techs were excellent, very professional and they did a fast, neat, professional job of installing our units. When done they cleaned up everything. They were very neat and clean. Everything has been going excellent since this was installed and we are quite pleased.
