I found Robert on a web search . I called him . He answer right away . I need a IT person to help get my small 3 computer network back on line after a lighting strike took out one of my computer which had a reservation program on it that was linked to the master. He was not familiar with the program but had worked on other reservation programs before. I had a new computer ready for him. He did some research on the software before he arrived .He came out the next day . Thats service. When he arrived he was ready . He went right to work & had it installed & up & running in 1 hr. Then he made sure to transfer over anti virus software. He set all the computers up for cloud back up .That was a major Plus & piece of mind for me.He ran a cleanup software on all the computers.
