E-Z Mart — Local services in Waldron

It was a solar eclipse. They shut their restrooms down. Supposedly "out of order" conveniently. My 8 year old son and to pee. And kids don't hold it like adults. They refused to let him use the restroom and there were several people in their parking lot and didn't want my son to be exposed to all these people. I asked where they are going to the bathroom. And one of the employees replied "that's none of your business! We are employees not you!" Very rude. And then told me to take my 8 year old son across the busy highway on someone's property to use it there in their bushes. These employees is what is wrong with our society. Will never come back here. And we drive this highway...

rude, rude, and lazy, mgr does not care about customers and apparently the main corp does't either. They have had over 5 mgr in the past few years and yet to have one that knows how to run a store. If you lodge a complaint with the current mgr she will call you a liar or tell you she doesnt know what to tell you and walk away.Maybe if the staff were trained properly it would run smoother. they will show a new hire one day and then leave them on their own. The only reason i keep going in there is because i live so far out of town! i would not give one star but you have to pick...
