We are absolutely delighted with our new Pavillion from Swing-O-Things Inc. Every aspect of this purchase has been very pleasant. Ordering our Pavillion our way including personalized preferences was quite easy and Lavon is very professional. The day they delivered was amazing and it was a treat to watch this well oiled machine build our pavilion on our site, all in one day. They arrived when they said would, they went straight to work, their workmanship was excellent, the quality of the finished product is second to none. They were friendly, personable and professional. They cleaned up entirely before they left. Lastly, the price is right as some folks in our development have paid twice as much, didn't get anything more and often had to live in a construction zone for extended periods of time. Lavon and his crew led by Sean and Nate just finished our new decks. We had two old wood decks and railings removed and replaced by new composite decking. We have a walk out so the decks are on the second floor making it very “exciting” to tear down and rebuild. They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with the finished project.
